Gisele Aubin

Gisele Aubin is a certified executive coach and book author with solid hands-on business experience in manufacturing, service, and HR Outsourcing industries. She works with leaders and their teams to increase their effectiveness and enhance their well-being. A former VP HR Business partner for companies headquartered in North America and operating globally, she is familiar with the challenges of multiple locations, culturally diversified, performance-focused organizations working with significant constraints.

She has experienced transition firsthand in leading merger and acquisition initiatives, restructuring, and downsizing and also managed growth and talent acquisition. She understands the fast, demanding and at times lonely environment of leaders in high places.

Experience

Gisele holds a certificate degree in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University in British Columbia and a graduate degree in Labor Relations from l’Université du Québec a Trois-Rivières in Quebec. She is accredited (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and holds a CHRP designation (Certified Human Resources Professional) with the BC Human resources Management Association. She is the author of “ In Transit” a memoir that offers a realistic portrait of professional transition as experienced by individuals. She is also MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) certified with Psychometrics.

Gisele is originally from Quebec City, officially resides in Vancouver, and spends an equal amount of time in Montreal, QC., working equally in both cities as well as in Victoria. Gisele works with 26.2 Executive Coaching clients in French or English, as needed.
